Corporate Service Manager – Jakarta

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining productive relationship with personnel within Customer Service Department.
  • Improving efficiency and effectiveness of all Customer Service Officer (CSO) and Technicians.
  • Monitoring and developing capabilities of current CSOs and Technicians.
  • Hiring additional capable CSO(s) and Technicians to grow customer coverage whenever necesarry.
  • Working closely with Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Manager to provide excellent customer service support to all Yuki customers and dealers.
  • Meeting customer service coverage and revenue target set by upper management to receive attractive incentives.
  • Report directly to Sales & Marketing Director.

 

Requirements :

  • Between 28 – 40 years old.
  • Must hold a bachelors (S1) degree.
  • At least 3 years experience managing customer service department.
  • Has prior experience developing CSOs.
  • Capable of driving motorcycle and car. Must own motorcycle/car.
  • Possess excellent leadership qualities.
  • Capable of interacting in English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office.
  • Friendly and pleasant personality.
  • Has intergrity.
  • Placement : Jakarta only
